Becky Mortensen joined Valley View Window Treatments in 2021 after making a career change following more than 20 years as a dental hygienist. With a lifelong interest in home improvement and decorating, Becky was ready to turn her passion into a profession.

With a natural eye for design and a genuine love for helping people, Becky quickly became Valley View’s primary salesperson. She attends the majority of our in-home consultations, guiding clients through the selection process to ensure every detail feels just right. Her background in dental hygiene provided her with excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and a caring approach that clients appreciate.

Becky also shares a long-standing personal connection with the company—she has been Dena Anderson’s best friend for over 40 years—which makes her commitment to the business and its clients feel truly personal.

Ellie Cress is Valley View Window Treatments’ main operations and inside sales coordinator. She is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you call and a helpful presence when you visit the showroom.

Ellie manages phone calls, assists showroom clients, handles receiving, and coordinates scheduling for consultations and installations—keeping the day-to-day details running smoothly. Her organization, responsiveness, and positive attitude make her the true magic behind the scenes.

Ellie is also Dena Anderson’s daughter, and she takes great pride in being part of a family-owned business that values strong relationships, quality work, and exceptional customer service.

Dena Anderson is one of the co-owners of Valley View Window Treatments, operating under a brother-and-sister ownership alongside Darren Booth. While Dena does not manage the day-to-day operations, she helps guide the company as a whole and remains actively involved with clients by attending in-home consultations two days each week.

Dena has been part of the home improvement and design industry for her entire adult life, and it remains a true passion. Her experience allows her to bring a thoughtful, design-forward approach to window treatments, helping homeowners choose solutions that enhance both the beauty and functionality of their spaces.

In addition to her role at Valley View Window Treatments, Dena also works a few days a week at Stone Creek Custom Interiors in Amery, a full-service design and remodeling firm that she co-owns. Her involvement in both companies allows for a shared philosophy of quality craftsmanship, strong customer service, and attention to detail.

Dena’s industry knowledge, collaborative mindset, and commitment to long-term value help ensure Valley View continues to meet the high standards homeowners expect.

Darren Booth is one of the co-owners of Valley View Window Treatments and plays a more behind-the-scenes role in the company. He is involved in major decision-making, troubleshooting unique or complex window treatment scenarios, and ensuring Valley View aligns with the same core values and high customer-service standards that Stone Creek Custom Interiors has built over the past 14 years.

While Darren is primarily based at Stone Creek, he is always ready to step in and support Valley View whenever needed. His experience, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence help guide the direction of the company and ensure every client is well taken care of.
